He talked about what kind of intensity and compete levels he would like to see from his team before the start of the regular season.

" im really anticipating what players lock down there roster spots the competition is Healthy the NHL regular season is right around the corner " Buffalo Sabres need a more stamina style roster that can handle the 82 Game season " work out time on the treadmill strength & conditioning those things with diet proper rest will pay off if the Buffalo Sabres prepare like pros they will dominate the east!🦬🦬🦬🦬
