Alex Debrincat isn’t a center – He would “possibly” play RW on Larkins line
#yyyyYYYYOOOO
CATmandoo! Meow! 😸
I am sad to lose him
I live in Canada. Used to live in USA. Canada is a third world country inside a 1st world shell. No one here likes mexican food and the restaurants are not as much as in usa. as well as cash apps and so much other things. like taxes. and the government over reach is huge here and they truly are strict with your money.
I'd be willing to part with Veleno and more picks, but losing Kasper, even for bonafide offensive threat like DeBrincat, is too rich for me. Unless Raymond can shift to center or Copp takes a significant step, Kasper's our only real second line center of the future.
Wouldn’t be too mad about that deal for Detroit, but to me, 9+Kasper is a good bit more than Chicago got for Debrincat, and considering the Sens have less leverage than they did idk if that happens
No matter what sens lose any trade involcing the cat
like to see him in Wpg!!
DeBrincat wants 9 million dollars. Nobody will give him that. It was an idiotic acquisition. Just for the record DeBrincat is a LW. Amazing you actually pontificate on the topic. Completely clueless.
Detroit is unlikely destination, unless Yzerman blows the door off. With DeBrincat in the lineup, Wings and Sens will likely be battling it out for a wild card spot. Can’t see Dorion helping à division rival.
Ottawa doesn’t need a Centre right now with Stützle and Norris down the middle. More likely, they would want a winger or a goalie as the main piece in the return.
Its not that he doesnt want to play in Ottawa. He doesnt want to play in Canada and his places of choice have no state tax. I dont see Detroit as the target unless Lucas Raymond is in play. I think the team that has the most interesting pieces that a deal would be possible is Nashville. There's Jusse Saros, Tyson Barrie, and Luke Prokop I would love to see in a Sens jersey. The Red Wings I just dont see a good Debrincat trade that makes sense for either club. The Sens dont want draft picks in a year that is a playoff or bust year for Dorion. They arent going for a Kasper. They dont need another centerman. They have Stutzle, Grieg, Norris and Pinto. They have their 4. Its Lucas Raymond in the deal or its a dead end deal for Detroit.
detroit isnt giving up a center for a guy who only plays winger
