Pezzetta , Thrun , etc are the ones that need to pass waivers..
Why is Domi an Xtra… because Lorrentz, Kampf and Domi are the lowest scorers on yhe team , all with 8 each I think,, but Domi is a huge dumg penalty liability.. Kampf and Lorrentz are rarely..
I would like to see Cowan get 5-8 games as part of his development.

When you sit back and actually look at it their trying to figure out what 3rd and 4th liners are going to fill in on the top two lines. That should have Leaf fans concerned 😮
Rob Thomas started on the 4th line. Craig Berube is not afraid to play someone like Cowan there and to work his way up.
The problem as I see it is TOR lost 1 player in Marner but added 3.
Now they are stuck with too many players, and never adressed the top 6 forward.
I am so confused with what the plan is now?
The bottom 6 improved a lot and I really like that but who are the 2 top 6 players , Domi, Macelli, McMann, Cowan, Robertson?
Cowan is not ready for the NHL. If he makes the leafs then that’s a concern for the leafs future. He needs to develop in the AHL
