  1. Very good reporting. I don’t blame the politicians. This has been a good deal for the Penguins. That they get ownership of the developed properties is excellent for them. They should get on with the development. It would be better for them and better for the city.

    I hope they apply for the extension. Perhaps if they can work to be viewed as good actors they could negotiate a longer extension with a maybe lower monthly cost.
