I’ve never seen that clip of Andre & Blake lmao. Goes to show even a laid back/chill vet like him could only take so much of a young Blake Griffins shit lol. Players of the past era were just cut from a different cloth.
We throw basketball IQ around like it's nothing but I have still never seen a smarter play than the fake timeout that Andre Miller pulled off at least twice. Not only was he the first I've ever seen do it, but he did it twice and I've never seen anyone else pull it off. One of the most slept on high basketball IQ players ever.
Part of this is play style. Andre Miller hardly ever jumped. And that's not a bad thing. If you're a point guard who isn't relied upon to get rebounds, you're better off figuring out a play style that doesn't involve a lot of jumping and sprinting. Hats off to the man. A true master of the game
Never jumping helps a lot
Andre Miller if some of the new ballers had his work ethic.🏀
One of the biggest myths we get told is that you need to eat right, train all the time, and not smoke/drink/use drugs in order to excel
Oooooh Ocho gonna LOVE to hear the burger and fries part lol
Shit sound terrible then he clowned kids training in the summer smh
He sound just like Paul Pierce…Cali accent
Luka and Miller similar body type. ❤😂
Andre Miller lookin' like Richard Pryor! 😆
Maybe had he put in some extra work, he could’ve gotten that chip. Regardless his days with the clippers were 🔥
Andre miller couldn’t do shit ok 2k.. bro was just a wasted roster spot
Andre Miller could probably play a young Richard Pryor in a Biopic 😆
see this is the drive that is missing in todays nba. just the WANT AND DESIRE to play and be out there
Definition of a true hooper
Dude had bunnies lowkey lol
Don’t jump, don’t start, don’t defend, pass a lot😂😂
Chad Johnson of the nba
I’m a Blazer fan and I’ll never forget his 52 pt game. Most unexpected 50 piece in nba history 😂
So basically Andre is describing what Shaq always got criticize for. Gaining weight in the off-season and then playing yourself in shape during the season. I guess Shaq being a superstar he was held to a higher standard.
They was solid playing together too
Brian Shaw was rapping ?
A lot of people would remain in the league longer if they ai Ed to fit into that Andre Miller-type role of the long-term reliable role player who minimized unforced errors. Excellent career for Andre!
Pickup games?
They probably thought he's real good, maybe could play in the NBA.
He played 4 solid years of college before that.He could do alot well, never an All-Star but solid, made a ton of money, stayed healthy!
I love Dre as a player, but it's possible has he had a better diet and workout regimen he probably would've averaged higher minutes. At 34-35 his playing time decreased pretty drastically. So I wouldn't suggest eating burgers and fries and barbecue if you want to extend your career athletically.
Ochocinco wasn’t lying then
One of my most favorite PGs. He doesn't get the respect he deserves.
