Instead of being a 1-dimensional player, Alex Newhook has the opportunity to become a 2-way player for the Habs. He can put the puck in the net, too. He will get more ice-time now and Newhook's the type of player that will score 15 goals per season. He might be overdue for a 20 goal season which would be huge for the Montreal Canadiens! If not, his contribution as a defensive forward is vital to the Habs.
