I'm hoping Klinger is a huge part of the Sharks for the next 2 years….. or if we get an offer we can't refuse because of his play aka (1st), he continues to comeback to his Dallas days!
Hey Brodie, Really great post game conversation with Klingberg. What a delightful guy. John seems like a very good guy with a sharp mind and interesting observations. I used to coach high school wrestling (10 years worth hehe) and one of my least favorite things is to see an athlete who has paid their dues wind up with an injury that may end up affecting their career. Worst case scenario is what happened to Logan. I hate seeing an athlete forced out of their career NOT on their terms.
This tough situation John has been dealing with from a bad hip makes me pull for him all the more. Whatever this season in San Jose has in store for the Sharks and John I hope at the least that the training and medical staff for the Sharks can help him to sort out his hip and take great care of him so that he is able to recover as much as is possible and be able to finish his NHL career on his terms when he has had enough and not because of the lingering affects from this hip injury.
