I would like to see Bill’s mafia get a Super Bowl they kind of deserve one lol. I give them 2 more years before Drake takes over the division.
I hope Ryan Poles gets canned. Bears fans deserve better than someone with such a delicate ego.
Drake and Jayden are way better than Caleb even in college. Caleb was more like a Johnny manziel type and he really never processed the field well and he still can’t.
Brian Dabol deserves a lot of credit for developing Josh Allen. Big jump from second year into third.
Drake to me is more like Justin Herbert than Josh Allen. Allen has a much larger frame. Herbert is the more accurate comparison
Allen can run over guys unlike drake who looks like he could be top ten qb at some point
Chicago doesn't deserve Drake… Caleb is exactly who they deserve
He doesn't have the talent around him to beat out Jayden this year. Wait until next year when they draft again and pick up some depth. Drake will have a second year coordinator finally and that stability will be what really excells him ahead of the other two draft picks ahead of him.
If Drake and Josh collided I'm pretty sure Josh would be the one left standing 😂. Drake is so young he hasn't filled out that big frame of his yet.

I hate comparing quarterbacks to other quarterbacks.. I don’t think this Josh Allen stuff is necessary. Just let him grow in to his own and let me become Drake Maye.
And Ben Johnson, no HC experience, walked right into that hot mess. I like to say "coaching counts" but I have to rethink it and start repeating that "front offices count" (speaking of Nick Caserio, et al.)

They went and got Allen a number one receiver heading into year three, we’re going to need that for Drake to make the leap.
With all these Draft projections, just don't look at the Athleticism alone. Need to see his football IQ, and his family structure. And what kind of person he really is. Look at any bad traits. Selfishness. Or Giving? Puts others first, or JUST THROW ME THE BALL kind of guy. It's all about The TEAM! VRABEL will see to that.

I compare Josh Allen to Cam Newton. This whole comparing Maye to Allen is old and boring, just like Comparing Tatum to Bird or Byrant.
Drake Maye was never Raw he needed a better situation I think the situation needs to continue to develop around Maye
I remember when It was early in the season and you were looking at future top QBs to hopefully draft, I desperatley wanted Drake Maye over Caleb Williams. I'll admit Jayden Daniels is excellent and better at the moment, I still think Drake will have a better career, If Drake was on the same timeline as Jayden Daniels then Maye would be a senior at LSU throwing to Nabers and Brian Thomas.
A warning on the PFF ratings. The PFF ratings for the 2025 draft were terrible and just not too accurate. What I mean by that is they had many players rated at a spot and the player would be drafted 10 spots behind or 10 spots ahead of their rating. So, they either overvalued or undervalued players. Phil from what I recall about the 2025 draft is the players you were following or projected fell much closer to where they were drafted. I think Jared Wilson might have been one of the players. Do your own research and please share those player names with us fans.
Like all QBs, confidence is key for Maye. He has a great feel for the speed of his recievers and defenders amd has shown some great accuracy and touch on passes at times. The great QBs seems to have some ability to sense pass rushers they can't see or know when they are running if someone is closing on them from behind to force a fumble. I hope Maye has that, not sure yet. I dont really see him like Josh Allen though. He is more of a pocket passer who also does well on designed roll outs, he isnt the bruising runner Allen is though, or quite as creative making plays. I want to see him play a well vs a fierce pass rush and the top defenses, thats the true test.
give it 3-5 years these guys are going to have crazy battles for the AFC East. Book it.
I hate that there’s no sight of Kyle Williams on the field. Again we never draft a WR that’s ready to play day 1 or play at all. I hope he eventually gets some run with the offense to see what we got

I’m so glad Chicago did not pick Drake, that would have been a sure fire worst case scenario for Drake
