  1. I love videos like this. Because we will look back on it and it'll look so bad. Petey has been injured, he's not anymore according to him. Nuff said. You don't go from his play in 5 years to the last year without a reason. Your stats prove that.

    Go Petey Go.

  2. People forget, Petey was still a top defensive player for the team despite the fact his offensive numbers went down. Tocchets system punishes skilled players not meat and potatoes players like Miller was. Foote saw this and know what' he's needing to do to fix this. Going into this season, the locker vibes are now stable and the team can finally focus on winning. Petey might not put 100 pts but we can finally see him play with Hughes more since he's no longer 2nd line center for the team. No clue why Tocchet favoured JT Miller when Petey's metrics were far more superior than Miller's.

  3. Everyone talks about the "Calder Trophy" this and that until you mention how Ovi beat Sid for it ….Then it doesn't matter….yeah .ok..

  4. Injuries can make any superstar look normal. It’s just a matter whether the player ever gets back to peak, sometimes it might take years to recover, and sometimes the player never does.

  5. Great video. As pointed out, getting him signed to that contract was a given with the pace his career was on. Check stats at 400 GP, he was ahead of guys like MacKinnon, Draisaitl, Kucherov and many others. What happened after is frankly baffling, he needs to get it together. That said, with the cap moving up and the way players approach salaries, his contract will be fine. If you look at it from another point of view in an alternate reality where he performed the way he was projecting, that contract will very soon be amongst the best in the leauge. Alas, if if's and buts and all that. Hopefully he gets his revenge. When he is on his game he is a joy to watch.

  6. He approached Tocchet, and asked him to make him a better player, right before the Contract and ASB.
Tocchet tore down and rebuilt the player we have today.
But he's gonna bounce back; Already had an excellent skrimish~

  7. Save the post.
