Buying out Dumba would only free up 2.3M, which IS better that only having 4.5 to work with. But I think a couple people should be traded this off season, Rebuild 1-3 lines and build the 4th line over the season. Our Deff core is good without Dumba, and i would rather have CC if possible. Here is my take.
Trade Dumba, and Marchmant for draft picks if possible. (Or last years rookies with a lower cap hit) That would give you about 13.2M to play with. You could get Duchene, and Granlund and possably Benn if they want him. Let Borque Mavrik, Lundkvist, and Smith go. I would like to see Blackwell, and Donny come back if they could.
