The Champ would have frustrated the hell out of Tyson. Would not have been a contest. Norton , Shavers, Foreman, Frazier. They all would beat Tyson in their prime.

He also thought Larry Holmes could beat Tyson and agreed to train him for that fight. We all know how that went. Then the excuses rolled in; "if I was younger in my prime I coulda woulda shoulda". Larry was 3 months older than Usyk, who is the current heavyweight champ.

Ali all day. Prime Ali would take Prime Tyson into later rounds Ali has faced Tyson power, but Tyson hasn't faced ANYONE in his career with the hand speed and accuracy of Ali not to mention Ali has the reach advantage and the MOVEMENT. Ali shuffle and trained to go for 15 rounds. Tyson would certainly be aggressive especially those first 3 or 4 rounds hoping to land a knockout shot or hopefully stun Ali, but as each round passes and Tyson keeps getting "stung" Tyson would know he's really fighting the greatest. I see Ali knocking Tyson out rounds 9-12. Ali said it himself about Tyson- He'd take him into later Rounds. Anyway we'll never know, but this is my opinion.
