The Blues got goals from 2023 first-round pick Otto Stenberg and defenseman Anthony Kehrer.
Goaltender Will Cranley had a strong first half, and undrafted 18-year-old Matthew Koprowski took over in the second half.
The Blackhawks improved to 1-0 in the showcase and will face Minnesota on Sunday.
The Blues finished 1-0-1 in the tournament, which features prospects from St. Louis, Chicago, and Minnesota.
