That becomes 2nd nature. I'm unfortunately, too old anymore to get out on the ice (74). During the late 50's and early 60's, I played hockey with high school teens when I was only 8 and 9 years old. I was the goalie. They couldn't believe I'd be so effective at my age. Great memories of Bobby Hull and Stan Mikita ❤. My shins and knees still bear the scars from hockey pucks constantly striking them. But Hey! You gotta play the position. All I had was baseball catcher's equipment.
