There is no rush to resign Panarin at all. Rangers will wait to see how FA looks & then will decide. Kaprizov seems to want out of Minnesota & I think he may get traded, but end up like the Raantanen situation. I think Panarin wants to stay in NY, but the Rangers should balk at a 10 million dollar contract unless it's short term, like 1 year, which he wouldn't sign. Rangers need to handle Panarin just like the Leafs handled Tavares.
