Scott Morrow is going to be an excellent player ..Big, offensive upside, and good skater..
I feel like unless morrow totally shits the bed you give him that slot as the 6th D. When you’re dealing with defense the players will always get the play time and you don’t have to worry about them like forwards where you don’t want to put a skilled player at the bottom of the lineup with sheltered minutes.
As the 6th D man he’s also be paired with a Vet so that should help him adjust too. You can always send him down but in my opinion if he’s close, you have to give him a long look at that 6th spot.
Vak will not be the future of this team and Morrow absolutely can.
Lastly, with miller gone, he’s now our best option as a defenseman on PP2
