  1. Artificial sweetners are more unhealthy then eating a kg of sugar dude 😂 diet soda is less healthy and will make you fater just drink water

  2. The problem is most diet products are just good marketing to make people feel like they are doing something to contribute to being healthy, when all they've done is now drink diet soda.

  3. I can't stand the taste of synthesized sugar, or even stevia. For all that love diet sodas, more for you. 😉

  4. Wanna be body builder here…I switched to diet coke like only for days that I cheat. Man Ive fell inlove with that stuff. People who say diet soda is nasty, your too sugar privileged.

  5. This is an honest question that I’d hope to get an answer for. Do we not care about the insulin release that diet soda triggers? I know for sure it happens as I’ve tested this with my endocrinologist and checked insulin after consuming diet soda. Surely we understand that high insulin levels in blood is detrimental to several health makers…right?

  6. I’m glad diet soda is a thing. I can’t just drink regular water all the time. I usually drink crystal light lemonade mixed with crystal light peach tea. Combined is about 20 calories per serving. So way less than most regular sweet teas and drinks. Between those two it has helped tremendously on the diet. Down 50 pounds so far, 70 more to go.

  7. Whenever you’re craving something it doesn’t even have to be sweet like chips for example you grab a diet soda and your craving will go away. People use Diet Soda as an enjoyable filler and snack alternative

  8. I will say, as much as I love diet caffeine free soda. I finally quit it for over a month after a friend shared a video saying that aspartame has a psychological effect.
    And honestly, I feel less depressed and when I do feel depressed or sad, it is much less intense.
    I was drinking a glass or two of diet caff-free every day there for a while.

  9. When I want a soda, my brain actually crave the sugar spike stimulation. Diet soda doesn't satisfy the cravings, I figure I better just drink plain water if I want to diet. Much of healthier.

  10. I replaced ten beers a day with three caffeine-free diet sodas. People who say they’re bad for you can suck my now-visible you-know-what.

  11. As a type 1 diabetic, modern sugar substitutes have been a godsend. If aspartame or sucralose could kill you, I died in the 80's or mid-2000's. 😛

  12. I reversed my prediabetes and lost 30 pounds switching from sugary soda to zero sugar soda.

  13. I've never seen a movie recommend seed oils and diet soda but here are. Drinking diet soda does not make you lose weight. It causes insulin resistance which directly contradicts weight loss.

  14. Tldr it's like smoking, if you smoke, switch to vape, if you don't smoke, then don't vape.

    If you drink alot of coke, switch to diet, but if you rarely ever drink them anyway, don't swap out regular water with diet coke.

  15. But, isn’t soda proven to make people crave more sweet food or rather their pallet want more sweet food, from my understanding is that soda does affect your taste buds and tends to push people to sweeter tasting foods.
