I dunno. I mean how much real inside info do these teams give away during these pre-game meetings? There's no rule against anything the guy is doing so there's that. Does he broadcast Raiders games? That would be a fairly significant conflict of interest. As for the flag football thing, I'm surprised the guys participating in it aren't getting the same level of blowback the golfers who singed up to play in Saudi Arabia received. Then again, maybe it's not surprising at all. These guys are part of the NFL fraternity, and the rules will always be different when it comes to the biggest baddest boy in the jungle.

Wading into speculative territory again. Facts are that TB talks to Chip regularly. That's it. How is THAT a conflict of interest? It's not like it helped the Raiders last week? Or even in the last year since TB got the ownership.

The bigger conflict of interest is the sports gambling
to me, it's not even directly telling Tom Brady something. it's telling anyone on the Fox network information, that then relay it to Tom.
Additionally, they also interview players who are more prone to accidentally speaking out of turn and saying something they shouldn't, and Tom's very clever at manipulation.
Michael Jordan might broadcast NBA games and it's rumored he is interested in being an owner of a potential Las Vegas expansion team.
