Vladimir Tarasenko thought Cam Ward had robbed him of a sure goal, but the folks in Toronto saw that the puck had crossed the line and promptly interrupted play to let everyone know the Blues had scored.

I don't know which is worse, the announcers or those jerseys
Brutal. Ward deserved that save.
I dont like the interruption in play. Leaves too many unknowns. If they call that a goal and there was another goal or penalty afterwards, would those have been erased?
Rude how Toronto interpreted a match and didn’t say sorry
All this makes me wonder is how many goals like this weren’t called before replay was used?
Ward had to have known it crossed all the way
Flames fan here. Those Blues Jerseys are sexy, almost want to buy one now 😂
Those St. Louis colours sure are sexy.
Oh Toronto huh.. no wonder Edmonton lost most their games!!
Blues power play looks better this year
That was a funny interruption now I’ve seen it all!
About time, the "war room" is finally useful. But I agree with the guy below, they should also have to reset the clock to the time the goal was scored.
Cam Ward trying to be good, but not quite. Gotta keep the stick in front of the goal line.
Gotta find an excuse to have Toronto in the title of a video, right?
Ward almost made a save
At least Cam Ward is making his annual paddle saves
And the NFL takes at least 5 minutes to review a play this conclusive. smh. Under a minute from it happening to a call being reversed in real time. Great job NHL.
So my question is, let's say after the puck technically crossed the line, and before the replay reviewers catch it, if the other team went and scored a goal, would they have to take it back because they should have called the original goal? Or would both goals stand?
Cam has been cursed since winning the Conne Smythe in 06 :/
Blues vs Leafs stanley cup final you heard it here first
this is how replay should work in every sport. refs have been losing teams games since the inception of sports, when someone in the replay booth sees something, just stop the game and make the right call…take it out of the refs hands, speed up the whole process!
So that counts but it wasn't over the line in '04? Nevar 4get
Then get rid of the refs
Human error is part of the game
Let lasers and cameras call the game
[roll eyes]
Carolina pls tale cam ward back.
"Oh no…did he get a stick on that" omg hahahahahaha
Why is Toronto calling it a goal when they are in St Louis playing Chicago?
Have fun with cam "no talent" ward Chicago, y'all are suckers for acquiring him
Wow that’s pretty cool how the crowd just started cheering
Great to see they're really paying attention.
So I guess no point for refs. Yeah 10 years from now, there will be none. All calls will be done froma. Box with interns watching and replaying everything.
This happened years ago and the penguins played for like ten minutes first
Too bad the situation room in Toronto can't sound the arena's goal horn to alert everyone there that the home team had scored.
