I’m sick of the fake outrage. I want someone from the hockey world to denounce Kobe Bryant the same way they demonize Hart. Found not guilty and also innocent.
No matter what, the bottom line is that it sux how things went down where we would just lose an asset that was worth a late first/early 2nd rd pick for absolutely nothing !!!
I wish him luck, maybe he wont be an average goalie for his next team.
The people that are "outrage" made their mind up solely on charges and didn't read any of the testimonies.
Hart will definitely get picked up, as of PR I don't think it will be all that bad considering its the NHL and not the NFL where they will talk about it till its a dead horse and then talk about the dead horse. This time next year it will be water under the bridge.
I wouldn't mind him coming back but with Ersson and Vladar, I don't see him here unless we trade one of them in December/January. I could see him in at any of those spots, but would think Carolina would probably be the best situation for him to earn that starter role again. Edmonton seems to have lots of rumors too, but would get more attention than Carolina media wise.
Isn't it great for the NHL to be holier than thou. And the hyperbole is out of control in this video…."shaking the hockey world to its core, pride of the Flyers nation, one of hockey's darkest chapters". Come on dude. And Hart doesn't want to come back here. Let's find something a little more relevant to report on. Very few Flyers fan could care less at this point. The only interesting thing is how the NHL handled this whole thing. Or mishandled it.
I wish him well but Philly is not the spot. Baggage is to much and would become a distraction
Gotta move on without him.
Philly wasted time and pick to get him, just saying
If he comes to Raleigh ill be Booing him every game. Had the police done their job instead of being star struck and closing the case before a full investigation, the outcome seems like it would have been different.
