michkov was a better pick…this is kk 2.0
If the Habs have a chance to get Mctavish for Reinbacher do it. They have seen Reinbacher play these last two games they need to make the move and solidify the top six!
We will see what happens. Hopefully he catches up in development.
The Habs have made big errors: Not picking Michkov was a monumental (historical) goof, Dach and Newhook were errors also but less tragic than Reinbacker. Imagine having Michkov and Demidov on the same trio… 😭
I see alot in Reinbacher tbh, I definitely don't agree with the part the guy said he doesn't see anything. Good size guy, super smooth skating defenseman, intelligent in the offensive zone, good shot, and passing, smart recovery in the defensive zone. Well rounded defenseman who missed a year of development. Definitely a top 4 projected NHL defenseman in my mind from what I see…very versatile with alot of potential to round out to an elite defenseman. And I think he's one of those players whose game really picks up in the NHL playing with higher level guys rather at the AHL level, where alot of guys don't show as well playing with lower level players. I think he's ready this season to play an NHL games and go from there whether he sticks with club or gets sent back down, I think he's pretty much ready to make the jump. The rest depends on the speed of his development and staying healthy
Dmen take longer to develop, no need to rush him. It's not like we are gunning for the cup this year.
Reinbacher just needs to have to quality reps.. play him 25 minutes a game for 20 games in the AHL.
How many of those 6 goals where on the penalty kill
reinbecker was a mistake draft pick . should have been traded . we will hang on to him till he isn’t worth anything just like savard & mathison

I went to watch the game in Sunday. Reinbacher is smooth on skate and in position most of the time. Habs is letting him play play play. He needs the games to get better.
