  1. same things finns was doing at whl level . those wheels with good size n strength along with goal scorers hunger keep moving him up redwings prospect chart . i think i had him at 7 at hf wings forum , still do = eye of the tiger is present

  2. – buium thinks quick , something wallinder doesnt do = edge bum
    – you guys should post GDT all season . do a short 5 minute intro for each game 💡

  3. good hearing luds coloring for stars , he n razor used to be a great booth ! nobody can hang with razors quick wit n locuaciousness , was a great pbp guy

  4. BUIUM was amazing in the games he played against Manitoba last year. I go every year, and the last time I saw a G.R. player be the best player on the ice (besides Seider) for BOTH teams was Veleno…and now Buium.

  5. why on earth would you pigeon hole Buium as basically a 6th defenseman? It's just a ignorant take. The dude has done nothing but play winning hockey since he was a high 2nd round pick. 2 National Championships and HE was the player that stood out as the rock on the Denver team that won the 2nd title with impenetrable defense. Not his brother who is already in the NHL. He is 6'3 220 pounds and OBVIOUSLY has way more offensive game in him than he has ever been given credit for. The dude is on course to be a solid 1st line defenseman in the NHL. Yzerman did not draft this guy 36th overall because he thought he had 3rd line potential in the NHL. He was drafted 36th overall BECAUSE the wings believed he had top 4 NHL blueline potential and NOTHING has changed that. The great news is we already have a #1 LD so Buium and Edvinsson being interchangeable in that lineup very soon, we are in really good shape moving forward on the left side. Wallinder has even more size and is a terrific skater so if his game continues to develop he could be in the NHL soon as well.

  6. Although he isn't a needle mover, I hope Dominic Shine gets a few more NHL games this season on his contract, even if he has to sit in the Cleary Cabana for most of it.

  7. Detroit Red Wings 2026-2027 line-up:?

    Connor Larkin Raymond
    DeBrincat Kasper Kane
    Lombardi Danielson MBN
    Soderblom Copp Mazur
    Rasmussen

    Edvidsson Seider
    Buium ASP
    Johansson JBD
    Wallinder

    Gibson
    Cossa

  8. Great episode guys. As hilarious as it was to think about Mantha and Sid. Lets not forget he won back to back cups with the hot dog man himself Phil Kessel. Sid plays regardless lol
as always LGRW getting closer every episode

  9. I love how you guys champion Danielson as some first round God that "just can't hit the score sheet;" however if you're a pick that not in the first round and shorter than 6 foot can never be more than an NHL bottom 6 forward. Also Guimond only played the first 40 minutes and didn't allow a goal; and idk why you're mentioning Wallinder or the other d men being noticable considering they didn't play. Maybe don't watch the game tired.
