I've got to disagree. He knows this contract stuff is going to be the biggest topic and distraction all year. I've got to think the only reason he's not signing is that he wants to leave open the option to leave.
if he leaves as an rfa he doesnt impact the contending team he wants to join which i think he would prefer, that way the team hes going to doesnt get gutted for the trade. though id like him to at least match drai's term.
