New York Islanders Rookie Camp opened with excitement as Russian forward Maxim Shabanov made his highly anticipated debut on Long Island! The former KHL star showcased incredible skill with backhand snipes and smooth dekes in his first North American practice.
Former Islanders favorite Josh Bailey joined the coaching staff to mentor the next generation of Isles prospects alongside Johnny Boychuk, Dennis Seidenberg, and Marty Reasoner.
