Lmao maybe he just likes playing in Pittsburgh anyone ever think of that?
Man yall are really bitter about everything Pittsburgh.
Crosby also has the say to where he wants to go.
Cosby would be a good fit in Las Vegas
PELTING HIM WITH BATTERIES 😆
I am a penguins fan, and I have been saying for years that Crosby should leave. I don’t hold anything against him, he owes Pittsburgh nothing. And he deserves a chance at another cup.
Please god just not MTL. Anywhere else… other than Philly as well, or the rangers…
Ultimately it will be Sid's choice, right now it just feels like people being bored and ready for the season to start.
As long as the Pens never get the to bottom of the bottom like the Sharks did… he'll retire as a Pens! If they're in Contention for a Wild Card Spot… i believe it's good enough for Sid at this point in his career! And any NHL GM not trying to Win can mudder the Waters & sell the farm to be in Playoff contention!
Flyers fan here, I agree that Crosby should be chasing cups and not rebuilding. His choice though, I’m sure he would be more than welcomed on all 32 teams.
"Sidney Crosby was awarded the First Star in his first game against the Montreal Canadiens at the Bell Centre on January 3, 2006, after scoring two goals to lead the Pittsburgh Penguins to a 6-4 victory. He scored on the Penguins' first shot and added a second, decisive goal in the third period, a memorable performance in his Montreal debut." I went to that game, and at the three star selection, the Bell Centre crowd gave him a standing ovation like I've never seen before for an opposing player. It felt very special, Come on home Sid, It was always meant to be.
Problem is Kyle Dubas is a trash gm and is wasting Crosby’s last few years like he wasted 5 years of the leafs
Being a nascar a believe that stopped caring about everything
Get rid of Jarry, Karlsson, Malkin, Letang, Graves, get younger, cheaper, better guys and help Crosby win at least one more Stanley Cup
Going to be a Hab boys. Get ready
Anyone look at the penguins puckpedia page? The only good thing they have going for them is cap space and draft picks. Only 3 players on roster below the age of 27, 12 players are going into ufa next year, and 3 are rfa. 10 players are on the injured list. At least they have buyout and retain room but yeah it's high time to clean house and start the rebuild and be upfront with the older guys about it and let them do what they need to do especially if it means finding a new team if they think they can still perform at a high level. So Pittsburgh goal should be more draft picks and prospects and young guns to get this thing going.
From everything I've seen, Sid seems to want to finish his career in Pittsburgh. He has a family. My guess is that the desire for a trade is more on the Penguins end of things because for obvious reasons, they're rebuilding, and it makes more sense to get back a nice haul for him than have him retire and end up with nothing when they start getting good again.
He's always going to be a Pens legend but we just need his help in MTL for a few years to get no 25. It would be a loan!
Crosby deserves the fans in Montreal.
Colorado. Book it.
His loyalties are to Lemieux, Letang and Malkin, what is hard to understand? If this season goes bad, and it will, Crosby walks.
