Derek Ryan Retires from NHL after 10 Seasons



Derek Ryan, a forward who played for the Carolina Hurricanes, Calgary Flames, and Edmonton Oilers, has announced his retirement from the NHL after 10 seasons.
He played in 606 games, scoring 82 goals and adding 127 assists.
Ryan also represented the United States at two IIHF World Championships, winning a bronze medal in 2018.
