Not sure if it is different for hockey jerseys but I had a glow in the dark shirt that had to be washed in cold and inside out. It did not glow much at all after accidentally going in warm and not inverted.
I'm glad I didn't pay the design company. Asked to create a new jersey, and you gather a team of experts, and the outcome is, let's just change color and change some strips. They have an epic 2nd logo that would have killed, and they go, nah, this is new enough! So, so lazy.
Honestly, out of all the teams, is having a black glow in the dark jersey makes the most sense. It’s the next layer down in the deep from our dark navy. I like that in the light the red stands out and in the dark the rest stands out like bioluminescence. The anchor would make no sense for this jersey. The Kraken tentacle should glow, not an anchor.
I got kind of bored and tuned out due to the weird banter by the guy on the right. Did you guys mention how the sonar stripes mirror the light blue band on the classic Kraken jersey and socks? I'm guessing not. It probably wasn't unique and innovative enough for you. I think it's cool.
Ok, only one more thing to comment here, then I'm done. I promise! Regarding the third uni helmets…I was really impressed with Vancouver's matte black helmets. But for some strange reason, I thought the classic glossy helmet would have been cooler for this new Kraken uni. I don't know why. I love the matte black, but given all the other updates with this uni, I think maybe the glossy helmet would have been fine, if not a nod to a more classic look for a team that really doesn't have enough history to "harken back" to the good old days. At the same time, I love that we are looking ahead and not trying to adhere to some "classic" aesthetic, so I'm conflicted about it. Either way, I love the new unis. Go Kraken!

If Ryan Donato revealed himself to be Ryan Donatovainen, Ron re-signs him

Matty and Montour look the closest, but Joey’s is the worst followed by Gru -looks nothing like them!

Kraken do have the first official glow in the dark jersey because it’s an official 3rd alternate – Vegas’ was just a one-off 2nd RR jersey.
This organization is literally Sabotaging itself.
I’m thrilled, too!
unfortunately I feel like the jersey looks like someone taped glowsticks on black fabric.
Kraken third unis are awesome. The idea they have to be super unique to be cool is odd. Can't they just be cool???
