Calgary Flames Fantasy Hockey Breakdown | Weegar, Wolf & Huberdeau

Day 4 of my 32 in 32 Fantasy Hockey Team Previews takes us to the Calgary Flames 🔥

Calgary may have just missed the playoffs last season, but there’s still fantasy value here for 2025-26 — especially in categories leagues.

Top 3 Fantasy Players:

MacKenzie Weegar (D) – The ultimate category monster. Led all defensemen in hits last year, adds blocks, PIMs, and steady point totals. A multi-cat gem in any format.

Dustin Wolf (G) – Calgary’s starter by volume. He’ll get a ton of starts, which makes him valuable, but I still view him as a bust candidate if you expect him to replicate last year’s numbers.

Jonathan Huberdeau (LW) – Not the elite fantasy winger he once was, but still capable of ~60 points with PP1 usage. A solid depth option at left wing.

At the end of the video, I also highlight Matt Coronato as a breakout candidate and Connor Zary as a deep sleeper to stash late in drafts.

💬 Who are you targeting from Calgary this season — Weegar, Wolf, Huberdeau, or one of the sleepers?

👉 Tomorrow’s preview: Carolina Hurricanes 🌪️
