I think this trade was made to help the Habs tank for Hughes next season. MB knows the Leafs and every other team in the Atlantic has surpassed the Habs in almost every category by 10 miles. Its going to get real ugly before it gets good again for the Habs….book it !!
Time Proves All Things!!! Time is starting to prove the 2018 offseason was a Gem for the Habs. The Domi trade is looking like a Steal. The Tatar/Suzuki Trade is looking like a Grand Slam. Kotkaniemi looks like the Right Pick. The Future at the C position is as bright as it has been in Decades.
I have to be honest if the Habs had fired Bergevin after last season I would have been happy. Glad they did not!
