I want to see how this team plays first before I come to a conclusion. I've harped on this for years on-end and I stand by it. We don't know how talented this team really is because of how much coaching has been holding this team back (since Carlyle 2.0).

I'm very sure that Granlund will be impressive. He will surely score 50-60 points, he's steady, he can play pp and pk and he is a real leader. He will help a lot of the players to make the next step. The investement of 3×7m will pay off nicely in the end. I'm very certain on that!

I love the kreider trade for so many reasons. He’s our power play anchor now and I expect us to have a major improvement with him and Qs coaching. I’m sick of shit coaching. I’m so sick of it!
I think there's to many unknowns to make any confident predictions about this year. Optimistically, I think we can just reach 95 pts and maybe sneak into a second wildcard if Gauthier, McTavish, and Carlsson all take a considerable step forward and Dostal produces like he did in the 1st half of last season.

I really want to say Ducks make the playoffs but I still think there at least 4 better teams in the pacific. I feel at lot depends on Carlsson & the young defence having breakout seasons
