Beşiktaş suffered their first defeat of the Süper Lig season as they crashed 2-0 away to Alanyaspor. Sergen Yalçın’s return to the dugout, following Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s dismissal on Thursday, ended in disappointment for the Black Eagles.

Tiago Djaló conceded a penalty in stoppage time of the first half, putting Alanyaspor 1-0 ahead. In the second half, former Beşiktaş player Güven Yalçın doubled the scoreline, sealing a frustrating night for Beşiktaş despite strong chances to level the match. El Bilal Touré made his debut and impressed with his movement, but missed a huge chance to equalize before Alanyaspor struck again.
