Worst internet from Oliver BC aswell
Canucks are strong enough on D and in net to start with the season as is. Unlike many other playoff hopefuls they have cap space that if banked would be 8+ million at the TDL.
I'd rather go after a guy like Kadri at the TDL than pay a ridiculous price for Mason (if even available) who has proven nothing.
Chytil has never had a proper chance at 2c and with 3c minutes before he got hurt was pacing for 55+ points.
It's not crazy to think he has a breakout year, he's 25 not 30.
If he doesn't and Raty doesn't fill the void than you attack the deadline where a guy like Kadri, ROR etc might be available, hell Josh Norris might even shake free.
Neck and shoulder strength is paramount for concussion victims.
Chytil should liaise with Crosby to have a special helmet made.

What the fuck is anybody supposed to do when Dickinson drives them in to the boards like that? How about guys stop delivering piece of shit hits like that? That was 100% dirty and unnecessary. You take anybody’s head and impact it like that, they’re probably getting a fucking concussion. That was not a regular hockey play.

I hate to bring economics and politics into the discussion, but it could be alot of these owners are seeing a softening economy on both sides of the border, therefore they're not comfortable with spending to the max.
