  1. I use a fan bike for 6 miles a day to get my heart rate up and to keep my knees strong . I’m a truck driver with historical high blood pressure and aging knees so I have to stay fit for a paycheck !

  2. I was using assault bike for 1 hour a day for around 3 months, first weeks my knees were crying, so i had to adjust the posture and way how i was using that, due to poor diet i didn't loose so much weight, but mainly built insansly strong legs, my legs became insansly bulked and they still are, and this over 3 years ago.

  3. The worst advice ever. I use my rogue echo bike daily at zone 2/3 cardio for 20-25 minutes. Twice a week I do 5 minutes max calories. It’s been a month and my 5 minute max calories has improved 22%. If I lived next to a big hill then sure I wouldn’t need the echo bike, I would just walk the hill for same cardio effect in 20minutes. I’ve lost 2in on my waist so far. I look forward to the bike. Typical workout is 15 seconds of 80% effort followed by 45 seconds of easy pedaling. I look forward to it every day

  4. Everyone is so different. Try it for yourself and see if it’s for you or not. Personally, it keeps my legs full and hard all the time. If anything I’ve put size on my legs doing this as my only form of cardio. I’ve also seen way better results in terms of fat loss versus LISS. To each their own.

  5. A buddy of mine is 5'5", 220 and built like a marshmallow. He has this thing in his garage and wrecks himself everyday…and still fat

  6. This dude’s hate for actual cardio, is hilarious. The assault bike is great for fat loss, just modulate your intensity and do it for longer periods of time. Walking alone will not get you there.

  7. This is a strange take since the goal is to get our heart rate up, and the bike is easy on the knees.

  8. A great machine with many health and fitness benefits regardless of how many calories you burn.
