How many days a week do you train if your only training arms ?
I can relate your situation. What you're doing is smart because hypertrophy will occur with lengthened isometrics. This will be very helpful in developing the connective tissues through your shoulder girdle.
Over time, you'll feel yourself realign more and more if you apply this principle to everything else you're doing in the weightroom
