  3. could you technically do shrugs? just instead of straight up you shrug back and up trying to get lats and rhomboids in there

  4. I’m a physical therapist— do you legitimately feel 100% confident you’ve done everything possible and that more traditional training is absolutely and irrefutably impossible? Or is it possible that the professionals you’ve seen before left at least one stone unturned?

  5. I can relate your situation. What you're doing is smart because hypertrophy will occur with lengthened isometrics. This will be very helpful in developing the connective tissues through your shoulder girdle.

    Over time, you'll feel yourself realign more and more if you apply this principle to everything else you're doing in the weightroom

  6. You aren’t seeing gains. Your chest and back look like a skinny fat guy and your arms look massive. It looks ridiculous
