  3. Neither one is bent over enough. You should be almost parallel to the floor. With my long arms, i have to stand on a box. If the plates are not almost touching the floor at the bottom of the rep, you're using too much weight.

  4. Don't look up as loog as you are a beginner. It would cause you neck strain or stiff neck if you cannot control properly.
