  1. "Okay, that's enough" Great line. 3:09 😂🤣 Watching this while on the treadmill. Another nicely done video. I'll be posting this on my Twitter account

  2. Great video.

Not to sound greedy, but is there any chance you might do a longer introspective on the entire Islanders Barry Trotz era?

  3. Great video all around! Kinda eerie how this offseason feels like 2018, hoping the Darche era replicates this. Also for a future video suggestion, the 2013 islanders? Criminally underrated team that also came out of nowhere!

  4. Well done! So many great memories from this crazy season, and you captured them all beautifully

  5. I was at all home games that playoffs, and you could seriously feel the atmosphere shift going from Nassau to Barclays. Such a shame. Idk if they win the series, but I cannot imagine they get swept if they continued to play at Nassau.

  6. What a load we should move back to Barclay's now, that's where the magic was. They went back to Nassau that year announced only 11k for three huge March games, Carolina got two reviews vs NYI at Barc and had only 18 shots. Weight had 94 points in 16-17, he hired his own staff for 2017-18 and played no defense. And in 19-20 they had under 10k at that hell in Nassau and went to Barc and were unbeaten in sixteen straight and got 13k in November.

  7. Where is the one for 2015-16 where we had our best home record since 2002, tied/outdrew 22/25 years in fan attendance in Nassau from 89-15 and broke Luongo, Rose, LI Stigma of losing for 23 straight years and NYC rocked.

  8. october 4th was the first carolina hurricanes game i went to and it’s what made me obsessed with the sport i used to despise the isles but y’all have a good team i like the core there gonna have and they got denagelo i’ve always loved the guy but good vid man keep up the good work

  9. Not for nothing, this team had a real shot. It was very unexpected. Between going back to Barclays and a 10 day break the islanders of course got swept by the canes. A fitting end to a team that had a real shot.

  10. Incredibly well done. Love the pod now subbed to the channel. What a magical year and as you said the start of something special. Good old days

  11. And now the trajectory of the isles future has been completely turnt around with acquisition of the first overall pick and matthew darche with patrick roy behind the bench. Lets wish them the best.

  12. Game one to the island is my favorite call in all of sports. It was the moment i became a diehard islanders fan, and Brendan is such an underrated announcer

  13. Getting excited about a team that got swept in 2nd Rd by Carolina (we still can't beat them) is so on point for this poverty franchise. As for Tavares, he met his future wife ARYNE FULLER, who had an MA in the medical field(she wasn't some playboy chick who runs naked in pools in Vegas) & was successfully employed. He & wife wanted to start a family in Toronto.. that changed his perspective about resigning with isles.
