  1. Wouldn't it be healthier (apart from the powder) to eat the ingredients normally, chew (mix with saliva), than swallow them as a liquid state which is good for toothless old people and babies 😉

    10 oz of milk
    10 almonds
    1 banana
    And a few drops of ice
    This is my everyday morning shake to start the day

  5. Stuff all that soy boy banana and berries and peanut butter femboy crap. Just chuck in two scoops of mass gainer, 500ml of full cream milk and 100g of oats like a man. 1,009 calories, 52g of protein and 122 carbs. Easy breakfast.
