  1. Filthy, filthy stuff. What a performance! I thought the crowd was going to elect him mayor when he walked off the mound after the 8th.

  2. When the Mets had prolonged seasons of winning baseball, they had homegrown pitching talent to carry them. This young man is promising. Let's see what Tong will do Tomorrow vs. Miami

  3. Great News for Mets having him around ! Congratulations Buddy ! You have become a family member, already ! Stay loose ! Let’s Go Mets .

  4. I'll say it again as I did last night/this morning (UK time) "the McLeanian curve ball" in full effect……..πŸ™βœŒοΈπŸ‘πŸ”₯

  5. Possible Hot Take: Big outing for Clay Holmes tonight. Knowing that your team just swept your division rival, along with big-name prospect Jonah Tong pitching tomorrow, this is the in-between start where Holmes needs to keep this team rolling and not slow them down.

  6. This is what happens when you throw strikes unlike other Mets starters. Last two starts 15 innings no walks and 2 more wins!

  7. I actually got emotional when Gelbs told Nolan he is the 1st in the franchise to win his 1st 3 major league starts!!!! IYKYK
