Arsenal are keen on signing Piero Hincapie from Bayer Leverkusen and have been given a huge boost. Hincapie has told the Bundesliga club that he would like to leave. The Ecuadorian has a €60million (£52m) release clause. The player himself is keen on a transfer to the Gunners. Tottenham have not made contact with Leverkusen. Arsenal will need departures to happen for a deal to go through. Currently Jakub Kiwior, Oleksandr Zinchenko, Fabio Vieira, Albert Sambi Lokonga, and Reiss Nelson are candidates to be moved on.
