  1. An Atlanta franchise has little hope, but with the competition from other sports teams it really isn't realistic.
There are some major reasons why.The Atlanta Hawks, the Atlanta Falcons, and the Atlanta Braves during playoff time. The same holds true for Houston, the Texans, the Rockets, and the Astros.
Why aren't any Canadian cities mentioned? What about Quebec City for one?
Those teams in Atlanta and Houston have their fan support. And the Dallas Stars is not far from Houston, and they have loyal fan support.
Quebec City would support an NHL team with little competition from any other team but Montreal.
As far as Pinto goes it's his agent that will demand more money.Could be a trade in the works we will see.

  2. Expanding to the southern US is BS. The only reason why Florida attracts fans is because they're good. If a team in Houston is not good, no one's going to see them

  3. Enough with the bloody NHL EXPANSION, unless Quebec is the first teamand they change the playoff format!!

We've gone from over 80% of teams making the playoffs, to 50%. I know it makes the season way more exciting but they need to find a middle ground, 65% to 70%.

  4. So they're going to give Atlanta a 3rd try, instead of BRINGING BACK THE QUEBEC NORDIQUES &
MONTREAL EXPOS (in Baseball naturally 🙂

Love for the Expos will never die!

  5. Any best on this tournament without Russia shouldn’t even count as for Russia not being able to play because of what’s going on in Ukraine if that’s a rule, then the US should not have any athletes in any world competition rules should be fair for everyone

    It’s hypocrisy at its best

  6. So not a Canadians fan but if I was GM. I would run both Xhekaj brothers on the forth line together I would also trade Laine and Dach also a prospect and or pick to Dallas for Seguin and Robertson.

  7. i'm not sure how I feel about the NHL trying to make Atlanta work again—IMHO, there are other cities that would be better suited; personally, I'd like to see the return of the Quebec franchise,.

  8. Man if you had not said anything about the Habs it would have been a better video

Either watch more Canadiens games or just don’t cover them

  9. Trade .atheson for Christ sake! Ya he can play big minutes and screws up most of them constant turnovers; can't win a board battle; always getting caught too deep in the O zone. Arber is the whipping boy for the coach with littleman syndrome and his ego. We have too many players that are small and need the deterrent Arber brings.

  10. Moving arber to a fourth line roll is probably where he belongs. But would he take that pay cut?

  11. Reinbacher has a total of 21 games in 2 years since turning pro and he’s had three major knee injuries, including two reconstructive knee injuries, I don’t get why you keep counting him as some elite prospect. The guy can’t stay healthy. Why do you keep lying about him? Are you being paid to lie so that Montreal can rip off some other unsuspecting team?

The islanders refused to take him in the Dobson deal because once they looked at his medicals, they realized he was not a good risk, but you and other people keep touting him as an elite prospect. how many need at knee injuries? Do you need to have before your prospect status changes? The only reason I can think of is that you’re being paid by the Canadians so that they can trade him and get some value before it becomes common knowledge that his physical status is not good 21 games in two years as a pro three knee injuries including two reconstructive tells me that there’s something going on here and you are part of it because you refuse to allow that information to go out

  12. There’s a reason they traded for Dobson, it was because Reinbacher was not heathy, and had no real experience as 21 pro games over 2 seasons attests to. Why people like you continue to lie about this tells me that something is going on. The answer is obviously corruption. Why are people like you afraid of telling the truth? Youre either too afraid of the Canadians denying you access or you’re being paid to keep the data hidden

  13. Arber is no unicorn, he is barely an NHL defenceman. 6 points last year and coughs the puck up plenty in his own zone. I hope for the team's sake he picks up his level of play this year or adios amigo. Oh by the way, Hutson is the unicorn.

  14. It was confirmed by several close to the team that Montreal was offered a 1st round pick from a couple different teams for Xhejak last summer and they were told by Kent Hughes that they were not trading Xhejak.

  15. This is just a reminder as a person who lives in the province of Quebec. The NHL has never said no to a team in Quebec City they have never presented a full package and plan to the nhl another thing look at the net worth of Quebecor they can afford 2.75 billion dollars cad to pay for expansion they just don't want to pay it this is why they haven't got a team it is not owners or gary bettmans fault at all I will be very happy for Atlanta to get a nhl team as well as Houston I love seeing the growth of the sport in the south.I would also go back to Arizona and be the first of the big 4 sports to put a expansion team in Austin texas.

  16. Matheson lead the team in ice time speaks French and is a great veteran at 4.5 mill, pretty good. Marty likes him and that’s good enough for me

  17. srsly what other team do you constantly bring up commentators of that team and there ideas? you are a shit head towards the habs
