Josh, they did play a few games at the Sports Aena. I saw my first game in February, 1968 where Terry Sawchuk beat the Pittsburgh Penguins. We had a legendary coach, but he left once he knew what a fruit cake jkc was. He moved on to manage the Penguins. I should note that ole #8-Red Kelly had purchased a home on Mulholland Dr. and had it cleaned out while he was at a game. It was probably good that he did quit/leave the team as 1969 was when the manson family was cruising Mulholland looking for victims!
