TSN Senior Hockey Reporter Frank Seravalli explains how hitting rock bottom in 2015 in Montreal triggered Zack Kassian to turn his life around, and paved the way to Kassian getting off to the best start of his NHL career this season. Seravalli also discusses how important Kassian is to the Oilers’ success.

What about when he played for windsor spitfires and beat up that black rookie on some racist shit during practice and ruined that kids career
First
Sad the nucks lost him, a true Canadian beauty

😂😂😂😂😂😂 Your NHL advertises alcohol during every commercial… all the arenas are loaded with alcohol advertisements… Enjoy your programming!
Kass is the best. Love that guy. When he gets the fire he’s Lucic 2.0 + raw skill
Always liked Zack Kassian. Happy for the success he's having
Hopefully kassian can get 30 goals this year
on the top line too. keeping with an MVP and a 50 goal guy. incredible.
The key moment was crashing into a tree with two 18 year olds in the car right before the season started. As a “passenger”
He’s playing good with Mcdavid
Obviously he's not going to party he's in Edmonton
Good for kassian I’m glad he was able to get out of that crap
In FInnish perseveres means your ass is bloody
Drink, do drugs, get a DUI… then come clean = great story
Don't do drugs to begin with = nothing special
A great story.
Kassian plays a great game, hard on the puck, great skater, good hands and never hesitates to stick up for a liberate. He seems like a real genuine good guy that's tough as nails
He never gave up. Most players after a few years call it quits if they don't get better.
I’ve always loved kassian. He was my favourite oiler in the playoffs
My favourite Oiler as a fan of the team.
Good for kass. He's a beauty of a hockey player. Let's go oil.
I loved his time in Vancouver. He had the speed and skills for a big guy, but could never put it together consistently. I was sad to see him leave Vancouver, but I'm happy to hear him get his personal life together. I wish him the best as long as it's not at the expense of the Canucks.
