Doesn't matter how good you are how good you think you are, when you're part of a team like that you're expected to be responsible with your actions like you're representing the entire team and you're also expected to follow directions and do what you're told! Because at the end of the day if you're leading a team even if a guy is next level good that's all wiped away if he can't be used effectively because he can't follow instructions because it's arrogance makes him feel like he's in charge it's shocking to me that guys like this make it this far!
