Love the drills. I was over obsessed with touching the puck when handling. Its deception more than constant touching. Thanks. For some reason, im hungry for BBQ when I hear Secret Sauce.
You guys manage to put more information into a shorter amount of time then most of all these other hockey YouTubers. Frankly 99% of all the other hockey YouTubers suck they're either lazy or they're just not smart enough to be able to break down, explain and demonstrate skills fully and in depth. The St Louis training guys are also very good..
You guys managed to break the skills down into simple movements in a very short amount of time. That works for me.
