Its crazy. he IS the most underrated player "rookie"-like player i've seen. And it IS prolly because he's black. Its sad but it's true. It's like Eminem. Some people aren't ready to accept someone so opposite is just as good or better. He's got great skill and he done all this without getting the same Ice time that most big name rookies get.
I've liked Simmonds for the past 2 and a half years. And this video just packs all his skill perfectly/ He's got immense skill.

Good video, Simmer is a guy that people shouldn't mess with.
Just cause he's black? Haha. That's just as racist and baseless as disliking him strictly because he's black. With that: Simmonds is the fucking MAN down low in the crease. Such a strong reliable guy with fantastic hand eye coordination. Not cause he's black but because he's an amazing athlete.
I think the trade worked out nicely for both teams.
