Woah! What a fight! This has got to be the highlight of Will Borgen’s time with the Rangers so far. Kunin had no chance. Will Borgen may be a 3rd pairing defenseman not worth losing Kakko for (but we should have traded Lindgren, Vesey, and Kempf for Borgen instead of Jusso Parsinnen) and is grossly overpaid, but he can definitely fight. Unfortunately, he was the only Ranger with any fight in this period, because WHAT WAS THAT???!! The Rangers scored back to back shorthanded goals and you died just like that??? Borgen was the only one who showed up (in fact, despite losing this game 7-3, Will Borgen was the only Ranger with a PLUS RATING!). How is it you dominate one minute and then take a nap the next??? And you couldn’t even send it to overtime this time???!! You just had to lose in regulation???!! First the Senators and now the Blue Jackets. You had one job Rangers. ONE GOD DANG JOB!!! AND YOU FAILED MISERABLY!!! TWO TEAMS YOU SHOULD HAVE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF, AND YOU FAILED!!! I DON’T CARE YOU ARE ONLY A POINT BEHIND, YOU SHOULD HAVE GOTTEN THE 1ST WILD CARD SPOT!!! How can this get any worse? We have the Jets and then the Wild. You should have won those two games. Now you have set yourself up for a losing streak (I know they lost 3 in a row, but 2 of them were in overtime, so it doesn’t count).
