Time to move on from Guerin Hynes Spurgeon and Brodin
Since 2012 Brodin has played a full 82-game season 1 time. (Not counting that asinine "cold and flu" season in 2020-21)
I like Bordin, just like I like Spurgeon, but eventually if you want actual change you need to change out some long time regular roster guys…………Both gotta go.

Don't have a metric for stopping goals is beyond me, but all you have to do is look at Connor Bedards points gainst Minnesota, it's one of lowest in the league, he scored one goal last year with 3 assist in 6 games , 32 it's not Old anymore in this game, I really think they need to keep
Brodin Spergon to teach Buiem and jircek for the next year, that's invaluable knowledge
Because of the length of brodin injury, that tells me,it was a muscle tear, And like I have said before,the Hockey Gods are smiling on Minnesota this year ,
After thinking about it,6 games is actually 3 years of play, and scoring just one goal in three years

Brodin picked up a lot of Suter's bad habits. I don't think he performs at the high level as much anymore. He's getting old.

I like Jonas Brodin, he has been a solid D man from his rookie year to now.
The Wild need to start being smart with their pipeline. There’s enough talent there to spot rest players during the course of the season. Brodin, Spurgeon, Foligno, Ek, Zuccarello, even 97, all could use a heal break for those nasty nicks that pop up for every player during the season. Brodin is invaluable, ask the Oilers what they think about 25 as he’s still one of the best “pure D” in the league. Wild fans whether they realize it or not, have been blessed in watching Brodin – great skater and a true old fashioned D. Agree, he’s showing wear on his tread but still a great player. Fair analysis, just wouldn’t give up on 25 as there’s 30 other teams that would take him in a heartbeat…
In over a decade, not a single 1st Round exit was due to Wild's blueline. You cannot solve a problem by looking in wrong place.
