Yay Joey!! So glad you’re on YouTube!
Huuuge for the goalie community!!
We can’t wait for the new season to start! You’re going to help bring us the cup, Mr. Mayor! 🦑🥅🏒
Really cool insights this video. Im curious some of the floor mobility you practiced; you had your running shoes on. Does that impact your ability to feel and move precisely? Kind of asking because I train mobility a lot for climbing and if I warmup with shoes on it typically feels significantly worse to me.
Dang, this was like a virtual training session. Awesome.
joey daccord youtube content carrying us all through the hockey offseason

genuinely one of the most charismatic dudes in the nhl
locked in, content is great!
9:58 As a beer league goalie with 4 degrees IR it’s encouraging to know that it’s not my mobility that is keeping me from going pro!
Such a fascinating modality of training, it combines aspects of so many different practices, crazy how relaxed you are at the end even with all the active movement in the middle of the session. Cam seems like a gem!
also I didn’t realize you were a Brooks athlete!! I am a Brooks DEVOTEE for the last 10+ years lol love my ghosts 😤
Did not know that you started making content. This was actually some good insight!
Super video! You Are best youtuber in NHL 😄 Good luck to new season 💪🥅🏒🦑
Great stuff dude, more please
Great stuff! Its very important for all top athletes to look after themselves. Alot of athletes struggle after their career with aches and pains, this should hopefully help reduce that.
