How many points would you consider as a ‘bounceback’ season from Elias Pettersson?

  1. Is he gets back to working hard forchecking just skate points will come its not rocket science u dont get 100 pys if u dont know how to score

  2. He is being paid to produce 116 points based on $100,000 per point. Don't hold your breath cuz i don't think he can stay healthy. His injuries are all over use injuries and are a result of bad diet. He needs to go straight carnivore until his body recovers it's nutrient levels good enough to perform at a high level athlete.

  3. 70+???? ARE YOU ON DRUGS????

The dude makes 11.6 million a year!!! Anything less than 90 is a failure.

We keep lowering and lowering and lowering the expectations on this guy. He’s not a 22 anymore. He’s an 7 year vet going on 8, and the 8th highest paid player in the league.

If he was a 38 year old vet I’d get it. If he was a young guy still learning I get it. If he was coming off of season ending surgery I get it. But he’s not.

90+. End of story. Even 80 is a failure.

HE needs to be THE GUY that drives Debrusk and Boeser to 35+ goals a piece. And he’s got to do it EVERY YEAR going forward.

(Y’all got to also understand, ANY CHANCE of Quinn Hughes staying revolves around Petey becoming that guy and turning us into a contender again THIS YEAR. Otherwise Jack and Luke are just waiting in New Jersey. There is NO TIME to be patient anymore. This is five alarm fire. This season is really it…)

  4. Bounce back would be high 80s since that's what he would be bouncing back to. What a good season is is debatable, he certainly should be our leading scorer though.

  5. This fool of a player has been asleep for 2 seasons. We are stuck with this guy and he will not score more that 60 pts this season.

  6. He probably puts up around 85 points for it to be a bounce back year, he needs to return to a top 15 player in the nhl, not just a basic 1C

  7. For someone paid the 8th most in the league, he needs to be at least PPG player. 82+. He will definitely bounce back this year I believe
