  1. This is incredible, CBS. Thank you so much for showcasing queerness & females in sports! So much more powerful than you even know.

  2. 😢 beautiful. Macho sports and braking barriers. Lovely. Cute couple. May they have a blissful future together 🏳️‍🌈

  3. Never imagined living in times such as these. So happy. So grateful. Wishing these ladies the best of everything

  4. Congratulations! However, as an American hockey fan… Team USA…I am not a fan…lol. But, as my wife and I have been together and married 36+ years and mother La to an amazing daughter…we wish you all the best.

  5. Ladies, just be yourself. Love yourself and don’t think about what other people think or say. Your love is the only thing that matters.

  6. "The most myself I've ever been" It looked like there was pain in her eyes for a second there 🥺 I'm sure many LGBTQIA+ people can relate to the mixed joy and pain that statement holds. Hiding and being scared for so long is so hard. I'm so happy they can both be free and open and fully themselves now. So much love and support for them, I can't wait to go see them play my Sirens in person in a few weeks!

  7. As an older white male let me say that I am so happy for both of you! Much love and joy to you both – together! ❤🌹🌹🌹

  8. Thanks for sharing your life story. We sometimes forget that pro athletes are simply just regular people with extraordinary jobs.

  9. What a beautiful couple! Thank you for being so brave and vulnerable. You are inspiring so many people. ❤️

  10. Marie-Phillip Poulin is a legend. 2 goals 2010 Gold Medal game. 2 goals OT winner 2014 Gold Medal game. 2 goals 2022 Gold Medal game.

  11. Poulin is a Canadian treasure, and one of the best to ever play the game. May your lives be filled with laughter, love and happiness.
    Congratulations!

  12. Way to go Xena and Renee. I always look forward to seeing your level of offensive power go up against the mighty Minnesota defense

  13. Hey girls, I think you'll find pretty much nothing but acceptance and support for your identity and union here in Canada and in the majority of the world. Who cares if some don't accept you as you as you are? You know that being together and loving each other is right and completely natural so it matters not whatsoever what prejudiced and closed minded people think? This is coming from a 63 year old Conservative voting Albertan. Don't think for a moment that my point of view is uncommon. We are all behind you and support you 100% of the way. May you have the most wonderful and happiest lives together. ❤❤

  14. bravo les filles juste pour vous dire que je n'écoutait plus le hockey mais la je vous suis je suis fière de vous les filles continuer en restant comme vous même

  15. When I was a kid watching men's hockey I always wondered if there'd ever be a couple on our local team. Less likely in men's sports lol. Always hoped there would be only because I thought it'd be kind of sweet. This is adorable. Luckily they ended up on the same team 😅

  16. Still get chills watching this. So incredibly well-done and beautiful on every human and spiritual level. Wishing them the best, always. ❤

  17. I grew up the kid of two female ringette players at a high level of ringette. Never before did I get to see anyone other than my moms have this… experience? I’m so happy for both of them, been a fan since I first watched them at the Olympics as a little kid. I’m so excited that we now have the PWHL—playing would have been a dream come true for me but I know it wasn’t in my cards and that’s okay. I’m just so excited to cheer on a new generation that gets to grow up dreaming of something they can achieve, instead of something beyond any achievement like my generation and those before me have.

BIG VICTOIRE FAN FROM ALBERTA! SO EXCITED FOR SEASON THREE OF THE PWHL!!!
