BRIGHTON — The Boston Bruins made two trades before the NHL deadline on Monday. The B’s dealt Danton Heinen to the Anaheim Ducks for former first-rounder and bruiser Nick Ritchie. Boston also traded David Backes, Axel Andersson and a first-round draft pick for Ondrej Kase.

2 good trades for Sweeney!he gave up too much for Andrei Kase' but he has explosive speed and talent and is injury prone.the trade I liked better was acquiring nick Ritchie,the better of the Ritchie's.he was a top 14 pick in the 2014 draft.he is big, fast and has some offensive talent and both may blossom in boston-go bruins!
